A Special Menu
The special menus of “Best of New South Wales” beef selections include the world-renowned Jack’s Creek Wagyu and Black Angus, the family-owned premium beef production that has proudly taken the title of ‘World’s Best Steak Producer’ for two consecutive years.
It is also the multi-award winner in the ‘World Steak Challenge’ 2023 and currently the holder of the title of gold medals for the “World’s Best Grain Fed Steak”, and “World’s Best Fillet Steak”. The Jack’s Creek Wagyu and Black Angus’s beef cuts are intricately marbled and succulent.
One of Australia’s largest meat processors and a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry, New South Wales family-owned beef processor Bindaree Food Group’s kettles are raised on grass and finished on a unique mix of wholegrain cereals, developing beautiful beef with a gentle marbling and a robust, bold flavour.
Heritage In Food
Last but not least, Rangers Valley is one of the world’s most respected premium marbled beef producers that specialising in long-fed pure Black Angus and Wagyu breeds with consistent marbling scores and brands offering MB3+ to MB9+, and it is renowned for its tenderness and melt-in-mouth texture.
Another showstopper as part of the special menu is the award-winning Margra Lamb. One of the finest lambs in the world, this white-haired and without wool new breed of lamb has micro-marbled meat, thick subcutaneous fat and elevated levels of omega-3 long-chain fatty acids.
