Fitness guru, Joe Wicks will do this on 6 February 2023
Get ready to jump, sweat and feel good this 6 February 2023 at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. That’s because global fitness sensation, Joe Wicks, better known as the body coach, will work up a sweat with you as he hosts his high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout there from 6pm to 7pm.
‘HIIT with Joe Wicks at Marina Bay Sands’ will give fitness enthusiasts a once in a lifetime experience and a reason to get moving with this free-to-public HIIT workout. What’s more, this activity is just one of many wellness-related activities taking place across the resort during Glow Festival, a week-long wellness event featuring a series of workshops and classes led by international celebrity instructors.
The highlight of the week is undoubtedly the hour-long evening HIIT workout, which will see Wicks lead participants on a heart-pumping sweat session at the Event Plaza.
However, if that sounds a bit too “high intensity” for you, don’t sweat it as the body coach will be leading participants through a short warm-up and cool-down, in addition to various body weight exercises such as burpees, squats, mountain climbers and planks. In simple terms, you’ll be in good hands throughout.
Moreover, the body coach has had a sense of fulfillment by helping his clients get fitter and healthier. This has led to him becoming an ambassador for fitness apparel brand lululemon athletica and publishing his best-selling books, world record-breaking fitness events, and popular at-home workout videos on YouTube.
Now the body coach wants to take that influence that he has built up and use it to further educate and spread the good vibes and healthy lifestyle to as many people as he can. What better way to do that than live in Singapore where all his fans across Asia can see him in the flesh.
The body coach, Joe Wicks, himself stated, “I’m so excited to be visiting Singapore and hosting a fitness event at Marina Bay Sands. My mission is to inspire people all over the world to get moving and to feel the physical and mental health benefits of exercise. I can’t think of a more iconic venue in Singapore to bring people together to exercise and to have some fun. I can’t wait.”
