Pop megastar Joey Yung will kick off the return of Sands Live

Sands Live has always been a popular music event, especially for many of us, since it always takes place so close to Malaysia. Now after a short hiatus, Sands Live Live makes its long-anticipated return to Marina Bay Sands with a star-studded line-up of renowned artists and celebrities for 2023.

As part of an expanded initiative to bring in top entertainment acts to Singapore, this time around, Sands Live will be expanded from its original concert series. It now presents a brand-new concept that showcases the biggest stars from Asia and beyond, across different venues and presentation styles.

Multi-award-winning Cantopop singer and actress Joey Yung, will kick off the official return of the hotly anticipated Sands Live. What is perhaps even more exciting, Yung will also be holding her “Love In Marina Bay Sands” concert on 10 March 2023 as part of her world tour.

The fact that Yung is opening is just a dream come true for fans. In addition to being a fan-favourite Asian artist, she was also crowned the most influential Hong Kong-based female singer by Forbes in 2014. This has put her at the forefront of the music industry for close to three decades.

For the Singapore leg of Yung’s world tour, fans can look forward to a night of familiar classics and new songs, such as “Disheartened” (心淡), “My Pride” (我的驕傲) and “Pretty Crazy”. Yung will be performing live at the Sands Grand Ballroom, Level 5.

Since its inception in 2014, Sands Live has also attracted globally acclaimed performers such as The Rolling Stones, Michael Buble, Aaron Kwok and Celine Dion. In addition to Joey Yung, more acts will be announced in the coming months in what promises to be a thrilling year of entertainment at Marina Bay Sands.
