Prime Video has unveiled the new teaser trailer and new imagery for Citadel: Diana. All six episodes of the highly anticipated Italian series set within the world of Citadel will debut exclusively on the streaming platform on 10 October 2024.

Executive produced by the Russo Brothers’ AGBO,  Citadel: Diana stars Matilda De Angelis (The Undoing) as the central character. Set in Milan 2030, the series is set several years ahead from the events that played out in Citadel.

Eight years after the independent global spy agency Citadel was destroyed by the powerful enemy syndicate, Manticore, Diana Cavalieri (Angelis), an undercover Citadel agent finds herself alone and trapped behind enemy lines as a mole in Manticore.

When she finally sees a way out and the chance to disappear forever, the only way to do so is trusting the most unexpected ally, Edo Zani (Lorenzo Cervasio), the heir of Manticore Italy and son of the head of the Italian organisation, Ettore Zani (Maurizio Lombardi), who’s vying for leadership against the other European families.

Joining Angelis, Maurizio and Lombardi is n international cast. Featured in the series are Julia Piaton, Thekla Reuten, Giordana Faggiano, Daniele Paoloni, Bernhard Schütz and Filippo Nigro.

Citadel: Diana is directed by Arnaldo Catinari and produced by Amazon MGM Studios with Cattleya (ZeroZeroZero)—part of ITV Studios—and showrunner and executive producer Gina Gardini. Check out the trailer here.
