Dine Before You Fly

Located at 03-22, Level 3, Viewing Mall Central, Terminal 1, Singapore Changi Airport and operating from 8am to 11pm Daily, a plethora of sumptuous Japanese and Korean fare can be enjoyed at TGM. For travellers looking to start their holiday ahead of their flight, a revamped TGM outlet is also slated to open in the Terminal 2 transit area in June 2023. Terrace Chinese Kitchen serves a tantalising array of authentic Chinese cuisine to be enjoyed amidst traditional “Cha Lou” or tearoom inspired interior decor.

Those who prefer iconic Hong Kong fare can savour menu highlights such as the hearty goodness of Hong Kong Curry Beef Brisket with tender beef cubes in a spicy curry base, served with a fragrant side of white jasmine rice.

On top of that, those in the mood for something a little more delicate, can taste the light, savoury and slightly spicy layers of pork belly meat in the Steamed Shrimp Paste Pork Belly with Salted Fish, Chilli Padi & Rice.Asian Fare
