Omega adds more stellar services for its customers

Omega has taken dedicated service to the next level with two new Hong Kong Boutiques offering personalised customer care and attention. Above the retail space of each boutique, with its impressive showcase of watches, fine jewellery, and accessories, is a special place where clients can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ultimate Omega experience.Omega

Dazzling Queen’s Road Central

On Queen’s Road, Omega’s new Boutique has four floors, including a customer service centre for Hong Kong and Macau above retail on floor two and three. There is also a stunning new space called “The Suite,” that many visitors will surely appreciate.

There is also a 5-star salon on the 4th floor, with client lounge, cocktail bar, dining area and screening room. “The Suite” is a space for invited guests to unwind as they immerse themselves fully in Omega’s world of watchmaking. Such as enjoying a product demonstration over a glass of Swiss wine.Omega

K11 Musea

The brand is also making waves dockside at Hong Kong’s K11 Musea, with a new boutique designed for browsing room and comfort. An elegant spiral staircase leads to a large light-filled space with numerous customer offerings, including a welcoming reception area, a bar and dining space, and even a watchmaking salon for guests wishing to test their skills.

On top of that, the space also offers stunning views over Victoria Harbour. A rare treat in high-density Hong Kong and definitely one of the more unique attractions that the visitors will enjoy the most.Omega

Walls Like Works OArt

For the retail spaces within the new boutiques, Omega has stayed true to its global design concept with its natural wood interiors highlighted with bold touches of Omega red and gold.

Outside, on street level, the exteriors are all new and constantly changing. The mosaic-pattern exterior walls of the new boutiques are used to tell the brand’s compelling stories or offer visitors and passers-by a glimpse at its inner dynamics.Omega
