Norqain presents a lightweight skeletonised movement in two colours
Blending top-of-class innovation, high-performance design and watchmaking mastery, the Swiss family- owned watch brand makes waves with two new Wild ONE Skeleton models in turquoise and burgundy, colours reminiscent of a day at the beach complete with a stunning sunset.
The Best Of Both Worlds
Moreover, combining two of its best-selling watches and a splashy new colour, Norqain has set out to make a statement with its Wild ONE Skeleton this summer. With its eye-catching turquoise and burgundy versions, this new timepiece evokes the feeling of a beach club holiday with picturesque blue water and breath-taking sunsets.
The skeletonised movement, NN08S c, is the same as the one in Norqain’s popular Independence Skeleton. The watches are made with Norqain’s proprietary Norteq material which is known for being ultra-robust and ultra-lightweight, making it the perfect timepiece for anyone and everyone.
A Superb Movement
Thanks to the skeletonised movement, each timepiece weighs just 78 grams, which is more than 50 percent lighter than a stainless steel Norqain watch. It is also six grams lighter than the current 84-gram Wild ONE models so it remains comfortable on your wrist even when worn all day long.
Norqain Founder & CEO, Ben Kuffer, said, “The Wild ONE and Independence Skeleton were both instant hits that helped solidify our reputation in the Swiss watchmaking industry. Combining them is not only our way of granting a wish from our loyal following, but also proving that a watch can demonstrate high-end watchmaking while boasting cutting-edge innovation and striking, unique design.”
Time For Work, Time For Play
To mark this launch, Norqain is also introducing Italian Olympic swimmer Filippo Magnini as its newest ambassador and the face of the campaign. In addition to 17 gold medals from European Championships, the Italian freestyle-specialist is a four-time World Champion and won an Olympic bronze medal in Athens as part of the 4x200m relay team.
