This holiday season, Meraki Hospitality invites guests to indulge in a festive dining experience like no other at its two renowned venues: Uma Nota and BEDU. Located on Peel Street in Central, Uma Nota blends Brazilian and Japanese cuisines in a cosy, lively setting. This Brazilian-Japanese “boteco” (casual eatery and bar) offers a delightful fusion of flavours that reflect the rich cultural exchange between Japan and Brazil. For Christmas, Uma Nota has created an exclusive Christmas Dinner Menu available on 24 and 25 December, priced at HK$588 per person.

The meal begins with a tempting selection of “Petiscos”, or small bites, including Tuna and Watermelon Tartare with ginger mayonnaise and tobiko roe, Shishito & French Beans with Katsuobushi cream, and Uma Nota’s signature crispy Coxinhas de Frango (Brazilian-style chicken croquettes).

These are followed by two sharing starters, namely, a refreshing Salmon Tradito marinated with yuzu Tosazu and paired with mango salsa and Prawn Tortellini served in a rich Bahiana Moqueca sauce made from coconut milk, bell peppers and lime.

For the main course, choose from three indulgent options, like Pan-fried Barramundi with green miso cream and banana farofa, Grilled Kurobuta Pork Loin with cassava foam and crispy kale, or Grilled Grass-fed Tenderloin served with a black Tucapi sauce and chargrilled gem lettuce.

The meal concludes with a festive Uma Nota French Toast topped with Tonka bean ice cream, figs, and truffle honey sauce.
