Inspired by traditional beehive structures, its design features natural materials and earthy tones, creating a serene retreat where the tranquil sounds of the forest become the backdrop to your meal.

Start your day with a sunrise breakfast, where you can use binoculars to spot the local wildlife, including the majestic elephants from the nearby camp. Canopy’s all-day tasting menus are presented in traditional Pinto containers, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to nature and sustainability. The Mekong Discovery menu explores the region’s culinary heritage with dishes like Laotian riverweed, zesty yellowfin tuna larb, and curried pork on roasted rice toast from Chiang Rai.

For a fusion of Eastern and Western flavours, the Culinary Adventure menu also features wagyu short ribs, Phuket lobster wraps with local avocados, and desserts such as Royal Projects figs in crème brûlée. The Gourmet Odyssey menu elevates local cuisine with luxurious ingredients, including wagyu M5 beef and more with decadent desserts like kaffir lime financier.
