It’s all blue skies and blue all over with the Omega Seamaster in Summer Blue

Celebrity guests joined Omega in Sanya for a magnificent event to mark the launch of the Seamaster in Summer Blue collection. This celebration paid tribute to the enduring bond between the Seamaster line and the ocean, the brand’s pioneering spirit and Omega’s extraordinary accomplishments in the field of professional diving watches.

Iconic Models On Display

Moreover, the seven iconic models, eleven watches in all, track a trajectory from dressy to serious dive tech. Common to all is Omega’s Summer Blue, used in greater or lesser degrees to reflect the water resistance of each Seamaster and relate its depth-defying credentials at a glance: Aqua Terra represents the sun-drenched surface, Ultra Deep the dark abyss.

An Event To Remember

The Seamaster in Summer Blue event also reflected the theme “Precision at Every Level”. During the celebration, Omega brand ambassador Liu Shishi, friend of the brand and American actor Glen Powell, Chinese short-board surfing champion Qiu Zhuo, freediving champion Zhang Yi, and a multitude of impressive guests, came together to witness the innovations of Omega’s classic timepieces, and to appreciate the extraordinary new creations in the Seamaster collection.

Waves gently rolled and time slowed down at Omega’s romantic candlelit dinner on the beach. The venue was adorned with the Summer Blue colour scheme, echoing the design of the new timepieces. The fresh sea breeze intermingled with the romantic glow of the candles, creating a relaxed and delightful atmosphere.

A Day At The Beach

Guests found themselves immersed in a dreamy blue beach setting, enjoying an enchanted summer night by the sea, and accompanied by atmospheric music. Displayed on the beach were the Seamaster in Summer Blue timepieces, along with installations representing the different water resistance depths from 150 metres, 300 metres, 600 meters, 1,200 metres to 6,000 metres.
