BMW Malaysia gives the country a double whammy keeping fans excited
BMW Malaysia has unveiled the first all-electric BMW iX M60, the first, highly-anticipated all-electric SUV addition to their high-performance sporting segment. The models are joined alongside two new variants of the BMW M2, the latest iteration of the compact high-performance coupe from the BMW M division.
Because 2 Is Better Than 1
As the inaugural all-electric SUV of the BMW M portfolio, the BMW iX M60 features advanced technology and exceptional driving characteristics to deliver hallmark M performance. Meanwhile, the new BMW M2 is the boldest two-door compact coupe ever built in its class.

Moreover, the BMW iX M60 features an exceptional maximum output of 619hp and an outstanding electric range of up to 561km (WLTP), making it one of the fastest electric BMW models. Accompanied by an emotive sound designed by Hans Zimmer, the new Launch Control feature offers the vehicle a powerful start with up to 1,100Nm of torque, providing a 0 to 100km/h in 3.8 on to a top speed of 250km/h.
The New BMW M2
On top of that, the new BMW M2 measures 4,580mm in length, 1,877mm in width and 1,403mm in height, while its wheelbase measures 2,747mm. As for the boot space, the New BMW M2 provides 390 litres of capacity, extremely generous and further increased with the 40/20/40-split folding rear backrest.
Powering the new BMW M2 is a three-litre M TwinPower Turbo inline six with roots in motor racing, it is capable of delivering an astounding 460hp and 550Nm of torque. Mated to an eight- speed Steptronic Sport transmission, the car is capable of zooming to 100km/h from a standstill in just 4.1 seconds, with a top speed of 250 km/h.
