An afternoon tea inspired by Vincent van Gogh

ARTiSTORY, the National Gallery, London and Anti:dote, Fairmont Singapore present Season of Impressionists, a sunflower-themed afternoon in a four-part series of art inspired afternoon teas inspired by the works of Post-Impressionist Dutch painter, Vincent van Gogh.

Season of Impressionists Afternoon Tea is a feast both for the eyes and the palate. It features innovative culinary creations inspired by one of Van Gogh’s most notable works, Sunflowers, which was created in 1888 and will be available from 3 March 2023 to 2 April 2023.

What To Expect

The combined talents of Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong and Senior Sous Chef Jacky Lai have reimagined the world renowned Sunflowers masterpiece as food art with a series of delectable treats in the form of sunflowers. These can be enjoyed with a specially-created cocktail and mocktail at Anti:dote.

When you experience Season of Impressionists, you will not only be treated to beautiful works of art, you will also enjoy a menu featuring exquisite dishes and desserts. The menu includes signature creations such as Smoked Salmon Sandwich, a White Egg Mayonnaise sandwich, Duck Rillette, a Pork Bulgogi Sandwich and a crowd favourite Sous Vide Lobster.

Elevate Your Tea Time Experience

For anyone who want to amp up their Season of Impressionists experience, the Anti:dote offers its own specially handcrafted cocktail Colourful Yellow. This delectable drink is not only inspired by the Sunflowers artwork but also features white rum, yellow Chartreuse, and toasted sunflower seeds infused with St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur and tropical fruits.

The Season of Impressionists Afternoon Tea runs daily from 12 pm to 2 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm, from 3 March 2023 to 2 April 2023 at the Anti:dote which is located at Level 1, Fairmont Singapore 80 Bras Basah Road Singapore 189560. The Nearest MRT available is City Hall, Esplanade.
