One of those new Artyzen locations is in Singapore
The Artyzen Hospitality Group has just announced the expansion of its portfolio with 7 new hotly anticipated openings in Asia. This is driven by the positive travel trajectory and recovery across the Asia-Pacific region. Among these new locations for the year 2023 include Shanghai and Singapore.
The Artyzen Group also stated that these openings are based on the brand’s philosophy of “embracing art, culture and emotional wisdom.” We reckon there is no better place than Singapore to embrace art and culture as the little island nation has a long and rich history in both.
Moreover, the Artyzen Group also notably marks its “Tale of Two Cities” with the launching of its flagship luxury hotel in Singapore. Following this, the brand will add four more hotels to its portfolio as well as one more in Shanghai in the second half of 2023 bringing the total number of operating properties worldwide to 19.
This exponential growth reflects the Artyzen Group’s brand appeal to the younger crowd with its unique lifestyle pillars which are reimagined from the Chinese idiom “衣食住行乐.” This roughly translates to “clothing” (art and design), “food” (culture and gastronomy), “housing” (habitat and community), “walking” (discovery and exploration), and “music” (joyful experience).
Furthermore, a recent survey revealed that 76 percent of consumers plan leisure trips within the next 12 months, and around 84 percent of them are Generation Z while 81 percent are Millenials. These consumers also show an interest in learning about travel options that support local cultures in line with the Artyzen Group’s brand strategy.
It is said that the Artyzen Singapore which is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2023 is inspired by the country’s culture, colours and flavours. It is also a fresh interpretation of luxury which will be located in the heart of the Orchard Road district.
Additionally, the Artyzen Singapore embraces its heritage roots as the contemporary hotel comprises 142 rooms and a roof garden which highlights the country’s Strait’s Chinese heritage. The location will be built in partnership with renowned architect, ONG&ONG Pte Ltd and interior design studio Nic Graham + Associates.
The Artyzen Singapore will also become a luxury vertical oasis in the heart of Singapore. Its green theme carries over throughout even to the Roof Garden, a private social destination with botanical vibes where guests can dip in the 25 metre cantilevered infinity pool and enjoy signature drinks in the sunken lounge.
