BMW Malaysia has announced its return as a partner for the Maybank Championship 2024. As the tournament’s official E-Mobility Partner, the brand underscores its commitment to supporting premier sporting events while promoting responsible and sustainable mobility.

This championship, sanctioned by the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), aligns with Maybank’s mission to advance women’s sports, showcasing remarkable athletes and inspiring them to achieve new heights.
Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “It is a privilege for us to serve as the Official E-Mobility Partner for the Maybank Championship 2024.”

To demonstrate its commitment to electrified mobility, BMW Malaysia will present a remarkable fleet of 60 premium electric vehicles, including the BMW iX, i5, and i7. This lineup reflects the brand’s dedication to combining luxury with eco-conscious innovation.
These vehicles will serve as the official transportation for the tournament, providing seamless and comfortable mobility for athletes, officials, and VIPs at the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club. The Maybank Championship 2024 is set to take place from 24 to 27 October, featuring 78 of the world’s top female golfers. 
Showcasing TalentCompeting for the coveted title and a prize purse of USD3 million are elite athletes, including World Champions like Celine Boutier, Ayako Furue, Jin Young Ko, Jeeno Thitikul, Brooke Henderson, and Hannah Green. This star-studded lineup promises an exciting and competitive tournament, showcasing some of the finest talent in women’s golf.
