Starlight Boys Auditions Ignite Asia with Young Talent And Rising Stars

Under the dazzling lights of Asia, a grand idol festivity filled with youthful dreams and infinite possibilities—the Starlight Boys auditions—has kicked off with great fanfare. From the bustling cities of Thailand to the multicultural capital of Malaysia, and the fashion forefront of Taiwan, countless youths with stage dreams have flocked to the respective in-person auditions, held right at their doorstep.

The Stars Come Out

Among the talents are rising stars renowned for their acting in popular dramas, former boy band members making charismatic comebacks, twin duos with massive social media followings, and dark horses who have stood out in various talent competitions.

In the bustling auditions of Thailand, numerous local artists have eagerly participated, including Porsche from the hit series MY STAND-IN, former LAZ1 member Pentor, the twin duo Pan and Plai from FINFOME, and Intouch and Yang, who have also carved a path for themselves in the industry. These artists harbor dreams of making a significant mark in the idol industry through the stage of Starlight Boys.

Hometown Favourites

Starlight Boys The Malaysian audition scene is also star-studded, bringing together numerous young and experienced talents. Among them, 19-year-old Kingston Wong has shown exceptional performance. His love for dance turned into refined skills during the pandemic, allowing him to grow rapidly in just four years.

He not only stood out in King Maker V, making it to the top 30, but also won the local KPOP Dance Cover Competition. Now, a high school graduate, Kingston is embarking on his journey again, aiming to seize the opportunity to achieve his dreams with even more stunning performances.

Meanwhile, Levin Loh, a trainee under local singer Ash Lu, also performed remarkably. At just 18 years old, he has leveraged his extensive competition experience and comprehensive artistic talents to make it to the finals of global auditions for YG and Yuehua, two major international companies.

Additionally, Faiz Najib, who starred in the Malaysian version of Club Mickey Mouse and has over 110,000 online followers, also appeared at the auditions. His numerous singles, music videos, and active YouTube channel have given him a certain level of artist influence, adding more highlights to the competition.
