MINI Malaysia has announced the launch of its inaugural group of MINI Geniuses, marking a significant enhancement in the brand’s commitment to personalised customer care. This new initiative sees six expertly trained and deployed professionals across six premier dealerships, broadening the touchpoints and deepening the customer experience for MINI enthusiasts.

The MINI Geniuses have undergone rigorous training at the BMW Group Regional Training Centre in Cyberjaya. This comprehensive program is designed to elevate the MINI customer experience by blending deep product knowledge with modern technological proficiency.
Additionally, these specialists are adept at navigating the complexities of today’s retail landscape, utilising their enthusiasm for new media and cutting-edge technologies to create a relaxed, pressure-free sales environment. Their role goes beyond that of a traditional Sales Advisor, focusing on educating customers about every facet of the MINI lineup.

The trained pros not only conduct analyses but also provide in-depth product presentations as well as facilitate test drives. The first batch of MINI Geniuses has been assigned to key dealerships across Malaysia, including Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur, Auto Bavaria Balakong, Auto Bavaria Tebrau, Wheelcorp Premium Setia Alam, and Ingress Auto Bangsar.
