Royal Caribbean International and Grammy-winning artist Meghan Trainor are teaming up to launch a spectacular summer experience aboard the new Utopia of the Seas cruise ship. Meghan Trainor has been named the ship’s godmother, marking the start of a vibrant partnership that promises to redefine vacationing.

When It Starts

The festivities kick off with an exclusive 3-night celebration starting 15 July, just ahead of Utopia’s official debut on 19 July from Port Canaveral, Florida. The highlight of this event-packed cruise includes Meghan Trainor’s live performance onboard and a special naming ceremony at Royal Caribbean’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay in The Bahamas.

Trainor expressed her excitement about the collaboration, emphasising how thrilled she is to bring her infectious energy to Utopia’s stage, surrounded by her fans and loved ones. She sees the partnership as an opportunity to create unforgettable memories and ignite the party atmosphere that defines her music and persona.

The Ceremony Begins

The naming ceremony of Utopia of the Seas will feature Trainor in a traditional maritime role, symbolically ensuring the safety and prosperity of the ship. Following this, guests will enjoy Trainor’s exclusive show at the AquaTheater and have the chance to meet her up close, adding a personal touch to the experience.

Utopia boasts a plethora of amenities, including over 40 dining and entertainment options, two casinos, and innovative experiences like the Royal Railway – Utopia Station, offering immersive dining in a train car setting. The ship’s entertainment lineup spans air, ice, water, and stage performances, promising something extraordinary for every guest.
