This act underscored the collaborative vision behind Malaysia’s inaugural active senior living resort. The event commemorated 8 years of dedicated effort and officially welcomed residents. Attendees enjoyed a leisurely lunch at Saffron and Kopitiam, offering a taste of the culinary delights available to residents.

Throughout the day, guests participated in activities showcasing the resort’s extensive amenities. Partnering with prominent organisations like l1vin, The Stretch Clinic, and others, Millennia Village provides a wide range of services and activities. Guided tours offer insights into the resort’s state-of-the-art facilities, beautifully furnished units, and diverse programs.

A Successful Show

The event was a resounding success, providing a firsthand glimpse into the vibrant community life and exceptional amenities Millennia Village offers its residents. The active senior living resort sets out to redefine senior living with comprehensive wellness programs, a green environment and cutting-edge facilities, inspired by Blue Zones principles.

Phase one of Millennia Village, comprising 344 units available for rent, focuses on independent living for seniors. Phase two, currently planned, will introduce 75 units for assisted care, while phase three will feature larger units for independent senior living.

Located near five medical centres and shopping malls, Millennia Village offers convenient access, including a 41-minute drive to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The resort provides medium to long-term tenancies ranging from 1 month to 3 years, with pricing based on duration.

A limited-time promotion offers long stays at RM5,500 per month for two persons, alongside a trial stay package starting from RM1,200 for 3 days and 2 nights. All packages include fully furnished units, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, daily meals, and access to facilities, valid until 31 August 2024, subject to taxes.
