Auto Bavaria, the largest authorised BMW dealership network in Malaysia, has officially unveiled its newest refurbished showroom. It now features upgraded facilities and renewed services tailored to the modern conscious customer to offer an elevated retail brand experience for Malaysian customers.

Prime Location 

Located in Chan Sow Lin (CSL), this revamped showroom will be displaying the vehicles from the BMW Premium Selection (BPS) and MINI Used Car Next (MUCN) portfolios. It spans an impressive 35,000 square feet across the Ground and First floors, providing ample space for customers to explore the enhanced, customer-centric facilities.

Upon entering the showroom, customers will discover a newly enhanced space with contemporary décor, alongside amenities such as customer consultation stages and a central hospitality area. There is also a BMW bar and lounge for customers to relax and refresh during their visit.

Comprehensive Services

The showroom also features a dedicated Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle area, allowing customers to browse for their vehicle’s next upgrade or explore a range of iconic BMW & MINI merchandise.

Additionally with a dedicated team of six staff members, Auto Bavaria CSL offers heightened and personalised services aimed at delivering a more streamlined experience for customers. Familiar facilities such as the Sales Lounge, Service Consultation Lounge, Reception at the Car (RATC) bay, and Multifunctional Handover Bay are strategically provided for customer convenience.

EV Goals

In line with BMW Group Malaysia’s dedication to enhancing accessibility to charging infrastructures, Auto Bavaria CSL plays an active role in this initiative by providing equipped AC and DC charging facilities at the dealership which operates from 8AM to 5PM from Monday to Friday, and from 8AM to 12:30PM on Saturdays.

This exemplifies Auto Bavaria’s shared vision and commitment to advancing electrified mobility in Malaysia. There are currently 2,020 charging facilities available nationwide, powered by key partnerships with the local electric vehicle (EV) charging providers.
