Now that we know what the 2.0 Honda CR-V e:HEV RS costs, will you buy one?

Last month, Honda Malaysia had officially unveiled almost the entire lineup of its flagship SUV, the CR-V. Today, the brand officially announced the price of its flagship spec model, the All-New 2024 Honda CR-V e:HEV RS and it is priced at just RM195,900. What do you think of this price?

The new Honda CR-V e:HEV RS is powered by a new generation 2.0L e:HEV powertrain making up to 335Nm of torque and 184PS of maximum power to deliver exhilarating hybrid performance. It is also paired to an Electric Continuous Variable (e-CVT) Transmission, ensuring excellent fuel efficiency and high-power.

Moreover, featuring a completely new look, the new Honda CR-V e:HEV RS sports an extremely handsome design and refined aesthetics sporting full LED headlights and tail-Lights, front LED sequential turn signals, active cornering lights, a chrome tailpipe finisher, mesh pattern front grille and black 18-inch Alloy Wheels.

The new Honda CR-V e:HEV RS also offers great practicality and flexibility with its class-leading 589-litre boot capacity. Complementing the convenience of the Hands-Free Power Tailgate with Walkaway Close function, customers can now load and unload both heavy and bulky items onto and off the SUV with ease.

The interior of the new Honda CR-V e:HEV RS is classy, comfortable and spacious. The 8-way driver power seat with two-position memory enhances the overall comfort and driving experience for the driver while rear passengers enjoy a more relaxed ambience with ample legroom and sliding seats that can recline at many angles.

On top of that, among the features that heighten the cabin experience are a 10.2-inch TFT Meter and Bose Premium Sound System with 12 Speakers. What’s more, the SUV also comes with a smart key card, HUD, wireless charger, two USB ports and a 9-inch advanced display audio with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The new Honda CR-V e:HEV RS also comes with an extensive array of safety features and advanced safety technologies. Its comprehensive safety package comprises a total of eight Airbags with the inclusion of two Knee Airbags, a Multi View Camera System (360-degree Camera), Honda LaneWatch and Honda CONNECT as well.

The All-New CR-V e:HEV RS now has nine Honda SENSING functions with the inclusion of Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) too and all this can be yours from just RM195,900. Now that is still not cheap by any measure of the word, but considering there are cars that cost three times as much and offer only half of all this makes this car a great deal.
